Unused account credit is refundable on request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
Unused Balance
Clients may request a refund of unused account credit by calling (888) 396-8388. Wise Robin aims to process approved refunds within 5 business days.
Active Work
Credit already applied to approved work, completed work sessions, or published deliverables may not be refundable. If there is a delivery issue, Wise Robin will review the project record and work with the client on a fair resolution.
Failed Payments
If a payment does not complete, no account credit is added and no charge should be made. Contact Wise Robin if a bank statement appears inconsistent with the portal.
