These Terms of Service govern your use of Wise Robin, operated by Globalco Inc. (“Wise Robin,” “we,” or “us”), and the human execution capacity and supporting AI tools provided through the service.
Capacity, Not a Guaranteed Result
Wise Robin provides managed human execution capacity supported by AI tools. You purchase capacity and authorized work time under your selected configuration, rather than a guaranteed finished product, completed project, or particular business result. We will use reasonable, good-faith efforts to apply that capacity to your instructions, within the resources, tools, access, and information available for the project.
No Guarantee of Feasibility or Outcome
Except to the extent expressly provided in a separate written agreement signed by Globalco Inc., and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wise Robin does not warrant or guarantee that we can perform your requested work, that your idea is technically or commercially feasible, or that any project or output will be completed, meet your expectations or intended purpose, or achieve a particular result. A request may prove impracticable, require a different approach, or remain partially or wholly unfulfilled despite work being performed.
Acceptance of a request, preparation of a brief, selection or deployment of a Pod, allocation of personnel, or receipt of funding is not, by itself, confirmation of feasibility or a promise of successful delivery. Estimated budgets, dates, milestones, capabilities, and progress descriptions are planning information, not guarantees of completion, accuracy, compatibility, performance, profitability, or satisfaction.
Instructions, Assumptions and Interpretation
Project requests may be incomplete, ambiguous, or capable of more than one reasonable interpretation. We may use reasonable assumptions and professional judgment to plan and attempt the work. You are responsible for reviewing the brief, stated assumptions, proposed approach, and outputs, and for communicating corrections or constraints promptly. A desired result that has not been clearly specified may differ from the approach or output produced.
This flexibility does not permit us to disregard agreed written instructions or to make material changes to authorized scope, spending limits, or charges without your agreement. Where a material uncertainty or feasibility issue is identified, we may seek clarification or propose a revised approach or discontinuation of the work.
AI Tools and Output Limitations
AI-supported and human-produced outputs may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or unsuitable recommendations. AI tools and third-party systems have capabilities and limitations that may change or be outside our control. Human supervision and quality review do not guarantee that every defect will be identified or corrected. Outputs should be assessed and appropriately tested before you rely on them or use them in production.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Subject to any express obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, the service, AI tools, and outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and do not warrant that the service or outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for your intended use.
Account Credit
Clients may add prepaid credit to their Wise Robin account. Credit is applied to approved work, support, and delivery activity according to the project terms shown in the portal.
Charges for authorized work properly performed are based on the applicable agreed billing terms, not on whether the work achieves your desired outcome. Subject to applicable law and our Refund Policy, those charges may remain payable even if a project is unsuccessful or incomplete. Unused account credit remains refundable on request under the Refund Policy. These Terms do not authorize charges for capacity or work that was not provided.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, access to required systems, and timely feedback. Do not submit passwords, payment card data, regulated secrets, or sensitive credentials through project messages or calls.
Availability
Wise Robin works to keep the service available, but it may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or operational incidents.
Rights That Are Not Excluded
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights, remedies, duties of care, or other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Nothing excuses fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, overrides an express commitment enforceable under applicable law, or relieves us of the obligation to provide the paid-for capacity and authorized services we have agreed to supply. Any disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SMS Communications
SMS is optional and is not required to use Wise Robin services. If you opt in, Wise Robin may send account, onboarding, project, scheduling, support, and service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.
